HOW IT WORKS: Rent individual pieces for a single day or an entire weekend at the prices listed on our INVENTORY page
TRANSPORTATION OF RENTALS: We can deliver, set up, and retrieve your items.
Delivery rates are based on cargo size and distance.You’re also welcome to pick up and return items at our warehouse.
Please note: some pieces—such as our harvest tables and piano—are delivery-only.RESERVATION: To reserve your items, we require a 50% deposit and a signed rental contract.
The remaining balance is due one week before your event.
All contracts and payments are completed electronically for your convenience.IS THERE A MINIMUM REQUIRED TO RENT? Yes. Minimums vary depending on the season.
During peak wedding months (late spring through fall), the rentals minimum for delivery is $600. For will-call orders, there’s a $100 minimum.WHAT IF SOMETHING GETS DAMAGED OR LOST? Renters are responsible for the care of all items during the rental period.
Any damage or loss will be billed to the renter.
If an item needs to be replaced, the fee is three times the rental cost.

After you submit your wishlist, we’ll reach out within 24 hours on weekdays or 72 hours on weekends to start your order.Visit us.
We’re based in a small-but-mighty warehouse on Madison’s east side. We’d love to schedule a visit for you—or we can chat by phone if you prefer.Claim your inventory.
Once your rental list is finalized, secure your pieces with a 50% nonrefundable deposit and a signed rental contract. The remaining balance is due one week before your event, and you can make changes to your order up until that time.Event Day!
We’ll deliver and install your rentals at your venue—or you’re welcome to pick them up (note: some items require delivery).So long!
After your celebration, we’ll return to retrieve the rentals so they can be cleaned, refreshed, and ready for the next event.
